    Pet ownership is a serious responsibility. Samadhi Legacy Foundation wants to ensure that all adopters are willing and capable morally, physically, and financially. The following questionnaire has been designed to aid both you and the Samadhi Legacy Foundation in deciding if you and/or your family is well suited for the animals in our care. Please answer all questions and feel free to add your own comments. If a question does not apply, please write N/A.

    Puppies: Please note that heavy preference will be given to homes with another well socialized dog. Puppies must be adopted within 2 hours of Las Vegas. All puppies will require training. Puppies will be spayed or neutered at or around six months of age, paid for by the rescue, at our partner clinic in Las Vegas.

    Please be aware that some insurance companies, some mobile home parks, landlords and home associations have restrictions about specific breeds of dogs, including Pit Bulls. Please make sure that you are able to have this breed of dog in your home or rental BEFORE you apply to adopt.
