Description:

Penelope has officially been dubbed “too smart for her own good!” She was picked up as a stray and has clearly had several litters, but we don’t know much more than that about her history. What we do know is that while working with trainers she doesn’t need a ton of guidance, she picks up on stuff immediately, and then turns it into a game. Smart dogs are so much fun! She has already learned her basics and is now working on sit- and down-stays which really works on her patience and focus. She would love an active family who take the time to regularly work on mental exercises to keep her brain moving and in tip-top shape. Keeping up with her is a blast and she’s going to make her new family so happy. Penelope loves people and as one of our newer pups is still learning manners and how to control her excitement, but she’s already come a long way and we know she’s destined for great things.

Penelope is around 4 years old, around 60 lbs, spayed, microchipped, and is up-to-date on vaccines and deworming.
